Your account

You are responsible for your account, the people you invite, and keeping access credentials secure.

Acceptable use

Use Panelynx lawfully and as intended. Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it to harm others.

• No attempts to disrupt the service
• No reverse engineering

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed per the pricing you agree to. Seats and terms can change as described in your order.

Data & confidentiality

You own your data. We process it to provide the service and protect it as described in our Privacy Policy and Security page.

Termination

You may stop using Panelynx at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.

Liability

The service is provided as described. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited as set out here.
